Description: This mod allows you to run/walk at max speed under any circumstances.
(Example: You won't slow down on mud, puddles or even walking in water or bushes anymore)
How to Install: Create a Mods folder in the main directory of your game, after downloading the mod extract the file and place it in the Mods folder.
Compatibility: This mod will be compatible with all mods that don't edit the SurfaceTypes.xml file.
