If you are using more than one mod that modifies the rpg_param file, you need to copy the lines of those mods into the same rpg_param file to make it work. Use 7zip or Winrar to open the mod's .pak file and note++ (important!) to modify the file itself. Copy the param lines there.
I chose ONE mod that had more files to take in all the changes, and disable the ones I copy from. A text file in there renamed to remind you that's the one taking the changes/new overrides and perk files could be useful.
Thank you its working if i loaded at the last mod. But i am getting something strange. I tried to repair one noble boot that was a little low of 43 health. I used the normal repairkit (not the small one) and it just repaired 3 points. So I used once and it repaired to 46. How could i repair all health if i have enough in my repairkit, please? Example: I bought a new one repairkit, so it has 100 health. So i repaired an item that have 41 health. I would like to repair the item to 100% and the health of repair kit must be now (after repaired one item that had 43 health): 100 - (100 - 41) = 100 - 59 = 41 health. And thats on.
I really don't understand the reason i repaired only 3 health points.
Honestly, I don't know. My guess is that there's some inside math mechanics which decide how much you can repair an item depending on skill and perhaps other stuff. To my knowledge it never was a 1=1 outcome.
This mod just merely allow you to use repair kits in spite on how bad is the condition of the item.
The latest version of the mod is uploaded. Now in PTF format so it shouldn't cause compatibility issues anymore. This mod and Lernos' Ultimate Repair Kit 2.0 function the same way, so pick one or the other.
Works in 1.9.6 when it's the only one modifying rpg_param. I'm gonna give it a go at combining it with unlimited weight and harvest x25
Edit: I compared the rpg_param of each mod side by side, the only difference was always 1 line in each. I made the changes of harvest and weight to this mod, repacked it and it didn't work. Ah well, guess I'll just repair stuff the intended way. Oddly enough, unlimited weight and harvest work when loaded together.
Mod will not play friendly with other mods as it is not PTF and overwrites all values of the RPG table regardless if those values had been changed or not. Best to use this mod only with Vortex and to place it as the very 1st mod in the load order to minimize conflicts.
I dunno, but I'm guessing since you are repairing your items to a greater extent, they sort of do. I do a lot of repairing on my playtroughs so I max maintenace pretty soon regardless.
any news or something for replacement? I honestly hate loosing durability of my equip at all, but i can live on with this if will get some mode like this. Unfortunately as we know it seems it's not working anymore...

You can now repair saddlebags using a cobbler's kit.
I have all the DLC

Still can't make it work with saddles, though.
