I managed to edit Bianca's Ring 1.9.6 through the Better Unique Items mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance/mods/1156). I didn't need to install this mod. I simply edited the .xml files that had the ring id putting the statistics I wanted in the Better Unique Items .pak file (E: \ Games \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ KingdomComeDeliverance \ Mods \ BetterUniqueItems115619591605663374 \ Data \ better_unique_items.pak) . Postscript: Instead of downloading this mod, download the one for Better Unique Items.

The Trojan thing is sometimes triggered by software, but it has nothing to do with you system, and everything to do with the game files. Check the file out yourself and also go over the nexus policy which checks the files that are uploaded here. Directly above it shows a virus scan section and this one says safe to use. Just press allow once when you get it deleted by windows defender and also use a proper antivirus since windows defender is not very good. Its known for having a lot of false positives and overall not catching real viruses.
All files uploaded to Nexus are sent through a thorough virus scan which uses multiple a/v programs. Unfortunately, some a/v programs, such as Windows Defender, are infamous for throwing false positives. This file is clean, I've checked it myself.
