hey there, im not super great at modding so im a bit confused. i want to use the cool/original/warm reshades that were recently uploaded, do i need to download all of the main files listed under the mod files here, or can i just download that one i want? i did download reshade and install it, so im just confused if i need the other files listed on this page if i just want those three

Will this go fine with a i7 6700K and a 1080Ti or is this more towards the i5 10600K with RTX2080 and RTX3080 spectrum?

On a related topic, this actually seems like a collective on this board that actually knows what it's doing with reshade. Does anyone have some great vids/links that point to a succinct yet effective primer on how to use Reshade effectively? Particularly with KCD?

I've tried but I feel like I'm swimming in a vast ocean of settings with no idea what each one does.

I am a total newbie at modding and installing these things...

Could you be able to explain to me in extra detail on how to install your UHG Reshade + XZ9 Lightning mod? I'm a lil overwhelmed over the installation process and any help could be appreciated _ _lll

Hello. First you need to install XZ9 Lighting ENB, you can download it from here - https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance/mods/663?tab=description, extract into your KCD main folder only these files from the .rar archive which are located in ENB/KingdomComeDeliverance folder, their names are - enbseries(folder), enblocal.ini and enbseries.ini. Done, you are ready with the ENB, now is time to install the Reshade, first download the latest version from here - https://reshade.me/. Hit to install, navigate to your Bin/Win64 folder, choose KingdomCome.exe and then choose to install DirectX version, download and install all the effects when it ask. When you installed the Reshad 4.5.2 succesffully then download my preset from here and extract all files and folders to your Bin/Win64 folder and replace the existing files. You can watch videos about how to install Reshade on the links bellow, they are for different games but the steps are the same:

Thank you very much for helping me out! I'm now able to enter the game modded

How do I know if i activated/installed the ENB and the reshade correctly though? The game looks a lil bit weird (sort of pixely) instead of being like in your videos...Can it be because i'm using Ultra graphic setting and should maybe change my setting?

Or maybe it's the activated .fx files? I only got:
      Levels [Levels.fx]
      AdaptativeSharpen.fx
      CA [ChromaticAberration.fx]
      LunaSharpen.fx
      Vibrance.fx
and LevelsPlus.fx, active when i choose UHG in the top bar

My settings are set to the maximum in all of my videos of KCD. Only the Motion blur is off. If everything is installed and work correctly you must get the same results as in the videos. Later I'll test the combination again to see if there is anything wrong in the upload of the preset.

Great ReShade preset, and thanks for using my ENB preset!
I really would have liked to comment before, but I was inactive(and really, although I wanted to make changes to the preset, I was waiting for the modding tool).
In any case, good job, mate.

Thanks for your good words man but you deserve them! If you didn't create your awesome ENB I'll never create this preset. So, thank you so much for your good work! Keep going dude :)

This is a really nice reshade, it makes the environment look so alike the beta.

Thank you mate. I played the game these days and found out that is not perfect, but the reshade is pretty good one. This is what i'm looking for actually to achieve the visuals of the beta, but the textures are still worst than the beta version especially the environment. I hope some day to see 4k or 8k textures It'll be mind blowing.

I think the texture resolution is fine, it's just that the textures look bad. KCD would look so much better with darker lighting, denser shadows and more ambient occlusion.
