Hi ! I don't know why but it stopped working for me ! :/ I installed it one week ago, worked just fine, and yesterday, it suddenly stopped working while I was playing. So, merchants I was usually selling my stuff in Rattay have been reset to 2k gold (it was around 30k), and resupplies are not anymore delivered day to day, but 3 days to 3 days. :/ Anyone has any idea of what happened ?
Thought I'd mention...the vanilla game is weird, which in turn means this mod functions similarly. If I spend enough time in an area (vanilla game) some shops will have ridiculous amounts of money. I've had the tailor in Rattay have 72 grand, all without ever using a shop altering mod. The original creator of this mod explains it in his description.
I just looked through the file that this mod alters, and it doesn't change the amount the shops have to"spend". Just the time until they replenish their tills/items.
Also I think you might be thinking of a different mod, since this does not touch trader money :D But yeah, try the correct folder for your mods and see if it works. If the mods are up to date I don't see why it should not work then - everything works for me.

I got the same issue. Its too sad, so much stuff to sell but no one to sell it too :'(
