No, I tried it in Rattay and I got cought right away... Thank god I sleep-saved before I attempted to do it!!! It either needs to update, or there is another mod that conflicts with the rpg_param.xml file...
The RPG Param was altered when A Womans Lot was launched, including "dog parameters", Mods made before that has older RPG_param.xml archive, without dog parameters and because of that, excluding these functions.
However, in the new version of KCD (1.9.5) the changes are specified per line of the file, ensuring that the mod changes only what it needs, without having to replace an entire file. That way, there are much less compatibility issues between mods, and with the game itself. Test the new version of The Master Pickpocket and see for yourself. (Thanks for the feedback)
I was wondering what "Be sure to use Merge then" means.I have a mod that modifies rpg_param already, so how do I "merge" them? Is there a different mod to do that, or will Vortex do it?
There is no need for a merge anymore, with KCD patch 1.9.5, rpg_param modifications are by line to line basis, the game itself doing a merge. The mods before KCD 1.9.5 needed to replace rpg_param, this may cause compatibility problems with new mods, or with the DLCs (and it made it impossible to have two mods changing the same file before KCD 1.9.5 without a merge).
Question for the author. Using your base file, if I have nothing else which alters or adds to the line of code in the rpg_param for pick pocketing , do I still need to merge? I would think if this was below the lockpicking file in the mod_order.txt I should be fine?

<row rpg_param_key="PicklockDmgSpeed" rpg_param_value="-0.1" />

I'm fine with the lockpicking minigame as is (almost too easy). These values don't have any impact on pickpocketing do they?
