This is a VERY USEFUL mod indeed. With this mod enabled I can spend more time with fighting and killing bandits within the game, compared to steeling. Because most of the time I tend to have a bad reputation among NPC's :). Then I go on nightly stealth raid, murder some merchants during sleep, take all their "hard earned" Groschens, and on the next day I buy myself out of sins through churches's offering boxes. And - voila' - reputation restored.
PS: A BIG THANK YOU to the mod creator; it makes KCD so much more joyful, at least for me. The 10K version seems to offer the best balance from my personal experience.

Confirmed this works for 1.9.6. Make sure to update the mod.manifest. All my merchants have 20k wealth.
Does anyone know how it exactly works though? Do the merchants get their gold back after a certain period of time? Or do I need to disable and reenable the mod for the gold to return to the merchants? Trying to rob them again :)
Howdy, I can not be absolutely certain this Mod "Alters" all Quest Rewards. But I do think it may have Altered the Rewards from the "Interlopers" Bandit Camp Quest (in a good way) from the Pompous Ass in Sasau. What I mean is, after clearing all 3 Bandit Camps I received $41,800 Groshen per camp. (for a Total of $125,400 Groshen) I did not edit the files for this Mod, in addition, I am not using any other Money Mods. Only have the $10k Merchants Mod installed to be able to leave Skalitz with $20K from Robbing. Other than this, that I found out just a couple Hours ago. This Mod is very useful when needing the merchants to have more coin to swindle them out of :D
Other than this Minor Issue that can be Beneficial in a Sense, this mod still Functions as Intended with all Merchants having $10k Groshen to take when and if needed. But still, I will be removing this Mod when I finish this Hardcore with all Negative Perks run (for the Steam Achievement), to restart on Normal Mode for the remaining Achievements.
modify file mod.manifest with that, and this mod will work on latest verison (1.9.6) like a charm ! Basically delete all text and past that. And here " <name>Richer Merchants - 20k</name>" put 20k if you using 20k mod, 5k for 5k mod and etc
@Kotori852 make sure you edit the manifest OUTSIDE of the KCD mods folder. So, download the 20k file, put the zip on your desktop, open the zip with winrar, open the manifest, delete then past the manifest above, exit and save, then approve it when the message to change the archive pops up, then extract the file to your mods folder. Thats the steps I took and it worked

Where did i put the mod.
First outside the modfolder but later in the mod folder
What did i try ?
-Your fix with the edited manifest
-Paste the Folder name inside the Mod Order txt
