    Mod version 1.6 is here!
    It is compatible with game version 1.9.6

    It has now been overhauled to the Patched Table Files (PTF) format, so it should now be fully compatible with other mods that change the game files
    rpg_param.xml and perk_rpg_param_override.xml like mods changing carry weight.
    The value of the rate of getting dirty has also been tested and adjusted to match the desired outcome and pictures of the mod.

    Please download the new version to get the mod working again and to avoid mod conflicts.

    I installed this mod a few days for my second playthrough and it worked great in the areas it was supposed to work in, but it also made the good boy Mutt, Henry's faithful companion, loose his obedience at an incredible rate.

    If possible, could you please look into it? I really want to use your mod but if it makes mutt run away from me if I don't interact with him for 2-3 in-game hours then I can't have it that way.

      This exact thing happened to me but I haven't installed this mod yet.  I just came to the posts to if there were any issues.  I only have the Saves and Bow Reticle mods installed so far.

    Seem like I still get dirty very quick. Did I miss a step or something? Load-order.txt checked. Mod in Mods folder checked. Did something happen in between?

      Facts. I have this one downloaded and that's it. Why would you want to be able to carry 10 dead bodies worth of armor in a game where it is literally all about realism? Or a bow reticle for the same reason? Just makes zero sense. Where are gamer's sense of growth and achievement. You really want to be rich and have everything 2 hours into the game and never face a challenge? Weird.

      Not really weird, though. The bow reticle is debatable. I'd say it makes up for the lack of depth perception, peripheral vision, etc. that comes with playing on a 2d screen and not being able to hold the bow yourself. And cheating only really matters in multiplayer games. There's no use in gatekeeping how someone wants to have fun on their own, and it'd be pathetic to have some sense of superiority over them. I know the game is meant to be hard on you, but some people want to play it who don't have 12 hours worth of free time/day.

      It's just a game, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. The point is to have fun.

    So far this is the only mod I've downloaded for KCD. It's so nice not having mud smashed into my face grill from walking from 1 end of town to the other. And I think it has a nice balance of still getting a little bit dirty when I go into the woods for a hunting trip. Good job!

    Mod slows down the speed of pollution, but the dirt on the character becomes much more. Much more efficient to do otherwise. Open "Tables.pak" file in the "Date" category using a standard archiver, such as Winrar. There we find "rpg_param.xml" in the "Rpg" folder, you need to remove this file, make changes, and add it back. Perhaps you should also remove the second version of the "rpg_param" file, try this if it doesn't work. I recommend adding these lines:
    <row rpg_param_key="FullClothDirtyingOnFullSpeed" rpg_param_value="1414" />
    <row rpg_param_key="FullClothDirtyingOnZeroSpeed" rpg_param_value="100" />
    <row rpg_param_key="ClothDirtyingUpdatePeriod" rpg_param_value="4" />
