    Works on 1.9.6:

    • On vortex, unpack-as-is
    • Open folder from vortex
    • make a folder inside named "Data"
    • move the "zzz_better_visible_compass_questmarkers" pak file to "Data" subfolder
    • install/enable mod in vortex

Doesn't change my compass (style 3.)
Is this mod obsolete ? Something missing in the installation howto ?

would it be possible to mod so we can mark more quests? its very annoying to only be able to mark 3 side quests/activitties

Hello, can you explain what are the blue dot in the screenshot? Or can you explain all of the changes you made? I want to download this mod but i dont understand some of it

The blue dot replaces the custom marker which you can place yourself on the map. In original game it was a flag.
Circles are markers of main quests, and triangles are markers for side quests, which were coat of arms in original game.

Do you know if this will work with Immersive HUD or any other HUD mods?

It will work with all mods that dont use following files:
      checkpoint.dds
      compass_mainQuestMap1.dds
      compass_mainQuestMap2.dds
      compass_mainQuestMap3.dds
      compass_sideQuestMap1.dds
      compass_sideQuestMap2.dds
      compass_sideQuestMap3.dds
You can check this by looking into the pak files of the mod.

For example Immersive Hud uses these files too.
But nevertheless you can try how they work together.
That means all elements from immersive hud, but overwritten by my compass markers only.
To do this you have to rename my file to something which is alphabetically at the end of all modding files like
      zzz_zzzbetter_visible_compass_questmarkers.pak
and test if you like it.

For style 2 could you have the red markers line up with the letters above them so all quest markers would be on the same level instead of some being lower and others higher?

Added a new style. The checkpoint marker has been changed too. See style 2 in screenshots.
