This is a complete Istvan face swap. Unlike my other mods, starting a new game will NOT grant you the exact inventory that Istvan has when you encounter him. You will need to manually spawn in his items.

With limited choices of head swaps for roleplaying needs and most dating back 6 years - I decided to take it upon myself to try to figure out how to make this possible. I am not by any means a guru when it comes to this kind of thing, but after a few hours worth of digging through tables.pak and troubleshooting, I finally figured out a solution. This is possible for ANY npc in the game and will provide their head swap and full inventory. Let me know some others you would like to see
