I ruined my saved game by unlocking too many perks at an early stage (Prolly cartographer) and you saved me with this file man thank very much sir. Some mods were causing crashes but i solved it by remoeving them one by one until i found the one (Easy lockpicking).
I had hoped - no, PRAYED, that this would get me past the “Too many of your men have died” curse, but alas, when the save (from your download) is loaded, I’m HUNG at the “Treasures of the Past” DLC screen that will NOT close! Bottom right icon says to hold ESC, but I have hit & held every button on the keyboard and can’t get past this screen! In my “other” saves, I am well past this DLC screen. Any suggestions?
"and in my haste to quickly get rid of my overweight penalty after looting some fallen Cumans I seem to have dropped my longsword…" for god sake it's a battle, STOP LOOTING CORPSES!! lol
do you have a save for baptism of fire? right after the first part.my quest is so bugged each time I try to pass the bridge I get the message , too many men died. this game is bugged as hell.
THANK YOU!!! I was just about to give up on an otherwise great game because of the incessant "Too many of your men have died" curse. The bandits & Cumen acted like I was a "good ol' boy" and on MY SIDE! The ONLY thing I 'didn't' try was to kill all 'MY' soldiers and maybe the bandits would have said "We don't need no steenking badges" and put me on their shoulders and carried me up to Runt! ... No!? I didn't think so either...
A save done later in the game I mean I'm stuck where after I killed runt . I'm stuck on the questions and answers quest.. Im sure you have a later save with better armour and stuff?

That's what THIS save does... Gets you to Runt, which is PAST the "too many of your men have died" curse.
