If you're having trouble, I think you need to create a folder- not KingdomComeDeliverance/Mods, a "Lighter Potions" folder- if you just extract it, you get the Data folder and the .manifest file. So either select "Extract to Lighter Potions" when right clicking, or make a new folder and name it "Lighter Potions," then extract into that.
TL;DR: Create a "Lighter Potions" folder inside the Mods folder, extract into that- "KingdomComeDeliverance/Mods/Lighter Potions"
Edit: According to someone else on the Black Knight Armor mod comments page, mod_order.txt doesn't read spaces? They also said it doesn't read underscores, but there's a separate mod that includes underscores in the folder name and says to copy+paste that into the mod order file, so I'm not sure how true that is? Figured it's worth nothing here...
You drop it in the mods folder in the games main directory (SteamLibrary>steamapps>common>KingdomComeDeliverance>Mods). If you don't have a Mods folder create one.
