    I don't think this mod is working.
    I've seen the Tailor's inventory reset multiple times and I never find any of the hoods.

      If they pick them up from ground , theres a chance i think.

      So far I've only encountered one npc who wears the scarf up (not counting the bandits who did in the vanilla game), Fearless Felix.
