Hey DarkDevil428, could I get some tips for a Henry Face retexture?
I use Star Citizen to convert pak files to tif, edit those in Gimp, then use rc.exe to convert them to dds. After, I pack back up, with the proper directory, and drop it in Mods (and I do remember to make a mod manifest and edit the mod order file)...yet no textures appear.
From what I can gather it seems to be an issue with the conversion to dds on my end. I'm not sure what step I'm missing though and I would really appreciate any tips from an experienced modder like yourself :)
thanks for reply. i dont think i have any appearance altering other mod that edits henrys face. i think this mod is the only one. But i just discovered that the 7z files need to be extracted, this happens in other mods, so im going to try a new game with a software i got to extract 7z files. i didnt know they need to be extracted. i am somewhat noob at technology
situation update. i got the mod to work by extracting the file and also copying the name of the folder into the mod order text file, i also got all the other mods i downloaded to work by copying the folder name into the mod order file, one name per line of text. but thanks for a great mod. i will have a LOT of fun with this as i roleplay as a jaded criminal henry in it for the money and the boose nothing else LOLol. im in the prologe now and i see the tattoo after the first cut scene.

You probably have another mod (e.g. Henry's Hair Color Customization) that edit henry head (henry_diff.dds).
Sadly, i dont have time for it ...
Because every new haircut edits henry_diff.dds. So, it will overwrite.
