   i sold a bunch of s#*! to him but he doesnt replenish his money pool, 3 days gone and he is still broke.

   He doesn`t seem interested on some sweet Hash, so the % multiplier on the price don`t work.

   Funny, man. I created a similar trader for all factions, though mine is in the Steam Workshop. I got the idea from a mod request.

   He doesn't seem to show up at the hub for me but I did manage to run into him at Squin, does he roam around? or is there a copy of him per town?
