I place "EVERYONE HAS A NAME" before "WAY MORE NAMES"
Although because of the style of mod that WMN is, i believe it doesnt matter what the load order is! WMN is a data replacement mod and doesnt use FCS, technically i think that means that WMN gets loaded first!
So yeah. I have it EHAN, then WMN, but probably shouldnt matter.
Any big difference from other similar mods in the Workshop? Like, it will give names to NPCs added by other mods, for example? Because that would be a GREAT feature... I'm avoiding mods that add more NPCs because I like all the vanilla ones properly named.
The biggest difference is that im the Author working on these mods. I have high standards and im extremely persistent, so i intend to have the most complete work available online. I have gone through other name adding mods available on the workshop, and since created EVERYONE HAS A NAME as it is more complete.
I have EVERYONE HAS A NAME set up to name all unnamed vanilla NPCs. As far as i know It will not currently give names to NPCs brought from other mods! But you would think any new characters are going to come with a name attached right? Unless its a new race?
If you want me to specifically add compatibility for a particular mod i will! All you need to do is tell me what mod you want to use that adds unnamed NPCs!
That's nice to know. I'll replace the other mods with this one and your names mod as well and see how it goes with my modlist. For some reason, NPCs added by other mods don't receive names, even if they are all vanilla races. But I'll re-add these mods and test, if I see any mod that others may enjoy need a patch, I let you know.
Just a quick update. So far, the mod is working flawless by adding names even to NPCs included by other mods. Some still appear with a generic name, but I believe it's because the generic names are pre-defined by the mod authors. I need to check with FCS at some point.
Your other mod that add new names is great too. All names make so much sense in the world of the game. Both mods combined are much better than any other alternatives in the Workshop right now. Congratz, man!
