Too imbalanced in some moments. You've buffed Heavy Armor by making the penalties insignificant. Try wearing armor or a chain mail shirt in real life, your agility should really decrease due to this. Although kenshi is far from realistic, it still spoils the atmosphere a bit. But the buff to the plate rags is not bad, and the mercenary's armor is now quite good, except that now it seems too strong. And it turned out great with clothes.
