   Am I doing something wrong? I put the mod in mods folder but it doesn't show up in launcher like the others.

      The mods folder needs to be the same name as the mod.  I do not know why this mod developer did not change the folder name from '1686479628' - the default when uploading to nexusmods.  Rename the folder to "Weapons" to match the name of the mod and it shows properly.
