I think there should be World States compatibility issues with Kaizo or UWE, but I haven't tried it. Maybe if you avoid changing World States with UWE/Kaizo key characters, that might avoid incompatibilites in the towns I reworked.
Damn, it's a shame that all these good mods must be on an almost vanilla installation. Great mod the cities look beautiful but because of all the overhaul compability issues i don't think i will risk it, endorsed any way
I don't see why it wouldn't work with Kaizo, the way it makes changes to cities should carry over regardless of their layout as long as one of each necessary type of building still exists, which this mod provides in abundance. If there are any world state conflicts, we're only talking about a total of four cities that need to be accounted for. If there are any conflicting map changes, it's a simple matter of deleting the .zone files in the Kaizo leveldata folder that have the same filenames as those in this mod.
I'll keep my opinions about Genesis to myself in deference to all the people who have worked so hard on it, it's enough to simply say that I don't use it because there's nothing it doesn't use, including every available location you'd ever want to mod in a new town or build an outpost.
So i gave the mod a try after all, it truly is amazing !! The only thing i don't like is that its very chaotic, cities look like war zones. Is it possible to upload a version of this mod without the custom factions in the city fighting each other all the time?
Same I spawned in the hub and The Syndicate is butchering the Holy Nation Outlaws, SO I tried defending the HNO by attacking the Syndicate and then the HNO got pissed off and started attacked me and put a bounty on me, how am I even supposed to turn these guys in? Bounty says kidnapping/looting by HNO over the Syndicate, who were just butchering them makes no damn sense!
I think there should be compatibility issues with Genesis because it reworks the same towns as Towns Expansion mod. If another mod creates new World States for towns, in that case it can cause compatibility issues like missing residents.
Yeah, thought about that too... Just saw on screenshots that this mod adds some HUGE additions to the towns so thought that it would be great addition to Genesis towns.

This is the only version I'll upload of this mod, but don’t hesitate to tweak my mod to remove conflicts if need be.
