This mod adds a new weapon.. a Naginata!

It can be obtained by defeating the lone Strangers roaming the deserts.
Nobody knows where they come from but do not underestimate them!

 


INSTALLATION:


1. Download the Naginata.zip main file and extract the "data" folder from the .zip to your Kenshi folder.
(Optional: For the silver version download the .zip from the optional files. Inside is another "data" folder, just do the same again. It WILL ask to overwrite a file, answer with yes.

Steam:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\

If you don't own the game on steam and you didn't change the path yourself, the default path should be:
C:\Kenshi\


2. Open up your mods.cfg in your data folder and add Naginata.mod as a new line

It can take a bit for the Strangers to spawn. By starting a new  game/importing your squad you can avoid this but it is NOT necessary it seems.

That's it!

DEINSTALLATION:

Delete all the files that came with this mod and remove the line in your mods.cfg

Q: I just can't find these "Strangers"?
A: They are about as rare as Jounins.

Q: Did you create the model yourself?
A: Yep!

Q: Is the Naginata overpowered?
A: It is similar to a Katana Edge Type V - powerful but not overpowered at all.
