can you make a non dlc version, just disable the dlc on steam and make new save, i dont have the dlc so it is literally impossible for me to use the save or even try make it non dlc.
I tried loading the save with all dlcs disabled to create a dlc only version, but the save won't load and there is no way to "convert" it. I would need to beat the game 100% again without dlcs to get that no-dlc save file. If you manage to get a save file with full completion without any dlcs, i might be able to upload a non-dlc version.
Hey, i just launched with your savefile and i had all the mods - until i played the first mission. They all disappeared after that, the menu says they are active, but i can't use any of them!
Do you mean upgrades? Cause there's no such thing as an active mods menu. If you mean upgrades, I encourage you to try and reinstall the upgrades file replacing the old one in that case. You'll still see them as unactive, but they are active. It's just a visual issue that shows them grayed out each time you exit that menu.
The files work fine but I don’t have the booster wingsuit. Is this meant to be the case since I thought it’s unlocked already but that’s the only thing that I don’t have, I got all the other stuff fine
After I modify the first four bytes of 'player_save_data' to 0xC513987B(Big Endian), the save is successfully loaded, lol. Thanks for your sharing, anyway.
By the way, do you have the save in which all gears have been unlocked? I found the gear count should be loaded from file 'tasks', but the binary file is too complicated to analyze.
Glad you could load the save! On the other hand, If you mean unlocking gears: 1-Just paste the upgrades file from my save 2- or If you mean getting gears to show up check this out: https://www.nexusmods.com/justcause3/mods/9&ved=2ahUKEwjavprg0Yb_AhURqZUCHRlbD6EQFnoECA4QAQ&usg=AOvVaw3hOm0W_fnKl3U8mCOp6gG4 3- You can also look for a 100% completed save where everything is unlocked, but gears remain in the tasks file. I don't really have a file that unlocks gears straight up since that would envolve serious file editing, wich I doubt would be possible. Like I said, gears will remain on the tasks file wich alters most of the game's progress
I'd say your best option is the link I gave you, But i don't think it gives you the gears themselves.
Odd, you may have installed it incorrectly. Check this video and see if it helps you out at least finding the files I mention in the description so you don't get lost on the process. Let me know if you could fix it.
Dumb question, despite having access to some weapons and vehicles (i.e. the eden spark), the gear mods all seem to stay grayed out even after activating. This is noticeable with primarily the jet suit that does not seem active or equipped at all. Am I doing anything wrong or was there a button I had to press for that suit?
Like clarified in the description, gears show grayed out but work 100% as usual, they don't get reset or anything like that don't worry. On the other hand, you still need to do the first sky fortress mission to get the suit. That's all!
Hi, make sure you're in the C: drive documents folder. Square Enix folder should be right there. If you still can't find it, make sure you launched the game and played the first mission for the game to create a save file location.
