Installation:

1) Open your Steam Library, right-click JWE2 and choose 'Manage \ Browse local files' . This will open your "steamapps\common\Jurassic World Evolution 2" folder.
2) From here, go to the folder 'Win64\ovldata\Content0\Localised\German\Germany'.
3) Make a backup of the Loc.ovl file.
4) Replace Lov.ovl with the one from this mod.
5) Start the game.

Einige der Pflanzennamenübersetzungen sind völlig sinnlos. Wer auch immer das übersetzt hat, konnte entweder kein Wort deutsch oder es war demjenigen sch....egal, es wurden einfach die Google Übersetzungen verwendet.

Beispiel:
"Ground Leaf" bezieht sich auf bodennahe, also kleine oder nicht hohe Pflanzen. Das wurde zu "Gemahlenes Blatt" übersetzt.

In der deutschen Version teilt uns das UI also mit, dass ein Dino gemahlene Blätter braucht...
"mmh... Brauch ich dafür ein spezielles Gebäude oder kann ich einfach ein Rangerteam zum Müller-spielen einteilen?"


Diese Mod ändert die Namen auf sinnvollere Bezeichungen.

Some translations for plant types don't make any sense at all. Obviously, someone who either didn't speak german or didn't care at all used google to translate.

Example:
"Ground Leaf" refers to plants growing close to the ground. This was translated to "Gemahlenes Blatt". The word "gemahlen" means that something was grinded, like grain in a mill is grinded to flour.

So the UI is telling a german user that a dino needs leaves of plants that were grinded to powder...
"mmh... do I need a special building for that or can I assign a ranger team to do the grinding?"


This mod changes the Names to more meaningful names.
