When launching the game is gives error "run_platform/ovldata/kaicore_menu/init.ovd: fileDoesNotExist (5). the application will terminate... what to do guys help please. thanks!
WHEN I start the game it quit and said "Database\ACSELuaDatabase.lua:253: bad argument #1 to 'lower' (string expected, got nil). The application will no terminate. I've installed JWE2 from Instant Gaming, How can I risolve it ?
Hi, for some reason my mods don't get applied when i lauch the game from Epic Games Store. It doesn't say ACSE down in the right corner below version in the main menu. Does anyone know why?
Man for those saying ACSE is crashing, for some reason this does NOT work for the cracked game which is the developer mode version and has some restriction that does not allow ACSE to load and it crash on startup, some people recommend deleting the development and development-main folders within ovldata folder to fix the issue but i have'nt tried it yet (be sure to NOT delete those 2 folders permanently as it might not work and you'll have to restore them so the game works again.)
With the new JW:E2 free update, ACSE seems to be the only thing making my game crash, all the mods are fine when left in the folder ofcourse the mods wont work without ACSE, but ACSE is the one causing the game to crash on start up. Any fixes?
We talk to every other modder, and I can tell you that 'all the mods' is a inaccurate statement. ACSE is working, and some other mods are not, I suggest you remove everyother mod and try again.
Im currently using the latest JWE 2 game version 1.10.1 with all DLCs. All other mods are working except the "new species dinosaur mods". I can not find them in any hatcheries or research/digsites, I can only view them in species viewer. Do I need to get a NEW Kai Core/Gen or ACSE for the latest game version? I know ACSE 0.647 works on (JWE2 v.1.7 onwards) for some mods but not all and probably needs update?
