The mod works perfectly fine for the current version of the game, any issue with it has to do with other mods and seems to be a matter of conflicting mods.I do not plan to update any mod in the near future and that will have to do for now

Using this mod along with the recent Nest & Egg decorations from the 30th Anniversary Update, allows you to make a Triceratops herd, complete with juveniles (Bakhita). I couldn't be more thrilled.
