   i belive i fixed the error were it did not release from hatchery, you just need to delete your current version for this mod and re install it this worked for me to fix the bug, hope this helps anybody experiencing the same issue.

      Download the file. Extract/unzip the file. Open the extracted folder. Copy or move MDBetterAcro to the ovldata folder. Good to go

   I have the shark bug, the Mosasaurus kind of eats it but it doesnt replace the shark and mosa dies like never ate.
   What causes it and how can i find the source of the bug?

      You will need to sort through mods one by one and see what is causing it one by one. My mods and Viral Cylopes mods do not have this issue so if you have use any of those mods, make sure you have the most up to date version

   how do i install the mod? i placed the files in the ovldata folder,  but no new cosmetic variant appears in the game

      Did you extract/unzip the folder and place the extracted MDBetterAcroV folder?

      No, it’s on the same screen as default acro, it does not change like Giga and dominion Giga

      I deleted the game and reinstalled it. It seems to have fixed the problem, the mod is working 
      
      I loved the design, you did a great job
