I'm confused because why would an animal of this size need them? They aren't used for insulation, technically can't be used as a display, they are functionally useless
"likely" yet no proof, none of the "giant" animals we have today have extravagant displays or features so why would giant dinos need it? biologically a feather fan tail would be a hazard, getting constantly ripped off by vegetation or other species/rivals, in yuties rivals could/would just RIP the feathers off, i can only see fan tails in smaller species as a display, either for intimidation or courtship
i was talking about the tail fan feathers not the other feathers on its body, rival yuties could rip the tail fan feathers, " but it looks cool" is a lame excuse to add something we dont even know it had
Love the mod! Only problem i have with it is that the Yuty oneshots pretty much everything which is the same size or smaller than it e.g Pachyrhinosaurus, albertasaurus. I like to have parks where i recreate wild ecosystems, and this fluffball doesn't want to... well, play ball. Either way, its an amazing model and the effort that was put into it is clear as day! <3
The good thing about more featured creatures is that we can finally make more parks on snowy maps without everything looking like it should die due to hypothermia.
