Support for this mod will be gradually dropped.

All assets are also available in Jurassic Rides

    https://www.nexusmods.com/jurassicworldevolution2/mods/1689

Do NOT combine both mods, delete this mod prior to downloading Jurassic Rides.

    Many thanks,
    John

Hi! Thanks for all your wonderful assets! But sadly I missed your instructions to not use this mod anymore. Trying to use the assets in game leads to ctd, deleting the mod leads to infinite load screen. Any workaround?

EDIT: I'm sorry, it works now. Can I delete this post in any way?

    @Sir0John

First off let me say, kudos to you for adding three packs of decorations to the game, not the least some of the most requested items from the fan-base. Far more than anything I have contributed to the game lol

If I might make a suggestion (one that may or may not be easy to do): Scale everything down. The assets overall look great but for whatever reason are GIANT compared to their counterparts that are already in game. For example: one building you have in this pack, the one with the lookout tower beside the main building with the "pictures" sign. When this is placed beside say the JP ranger station (which has a very similar lookout tower) your building is enormous in comparison. Similarly, when the building is placed and a park guest walks by the doorway, that doorway is clearly twice their height.

Scaling down will/should also help with the texture resolution issues that have been commented on and that I'm sure you're aware of.

Again great work and excited to play with these in my next build.

    Sincerely,

Someone with some 3d design background and absolutely ZERO modding ability ;)

Side note, with the Kai's We Toolbox mod, this guy also inadvertently created waterfalls for us, just wanted to point that out.

      Hello,
And how do you do that? It is not possible to put the water vertically. it doesn't sink
I would like you to explain it to me.
      Thanks
      Alain

      fair criticism :)

getting better at scaling the models to it's appropriate size. Problem is that I usually model at real size but the people in game are only 1.6m tall, so a  2.10m door looks to big.

I've remade the photo boot hopefully you'll like it more :)

Amazing work! This also makes me want actual functional bridges that much more too

Hey! How do you create decorations? I’ve been really wanting to add my own models to the game but I have no idea where to start

      Hi !
try the cobra discord channel, it is a bit more complicated then jwe1 :).
Essentially you need to modify the LUA files in main and init to fill you needs, as well as the fdb file

Amazing! Are the bridges just decor, or can guest walk through them?

Amazing and kinda also reminding, why the game lacks so much soul.
