The name of Concavenator corcovatus means, "Cuenca hunter with a hump".
This name comes from its early discovery, when it got named after its strange hump.
Concavenator was a medium sized, primitive Carcharodontosaurian from the early Cretaceous period, it is known as one of the first of its family.
Concavenator possessed a highly unique hump, or sail, along its back. This hump most likely acted as a display for mating in the species.
It is believed that it lived in very humid and wet environments, like swamps and floodplains.
These areas would have lots of ferns and trees, providing food for prey and offering cover for hunting.

Known Issues & Notes
- Do not check the animal in the species viewer before loading a save file, if you do check the animal in the viewer before loading,
your game will either crash or it will not let you release the animal from the hatchery.
In order to prevent this, close and relaunch your game after using the species viewer.
- Animations may glitch or be misaligned. There is currently no known fix for this.
