I think you did a decent job for the first and so far only Ornitholestes mod out there. I'd say texture the feathered parts of the animal to look more like feathers, because it's kind of odd to see the scale texture on what are meant to be feathers. But overall. I'd have no problems using this in a Morrison or Jurassic Period themed park.
for this being the first ornitholestes mod, it looks rly nice. i like the skins, the tail, and i like the skull and mouth shape. there's only one thing that is a little weird and that's the arm feathers. im not sure how to make "proper" feathers so i can't really give you advice.. all i can say is you did a very nice job and i downloaded it! maybe just work on the arm feathers a little more and it would be absolutely perfect! :)
