Yes they do. The dinosaur behaviors have been slightly modified so its entirely random what outcome will happen. Rather they spar or run or fight. The intensity of the fights also differs depending on difficulties selected for things like challenge mode. In standard sandbox mode they may not fight for a while.
none this is a game overhaul mod but the t-rex came from Luccas mods and I think it was from the jurassic park skin pack, you should be able to find that there.
Yes. The newest version of the mod (Version 1.7 titled "medium carnivores can attack hadrosaurs" on the download page) includes both the cobra install version and the non-cobra install version of the mod. I've installed it using both methods to test and it works fine either way.
For what you want, just use what's in the folder labeled "ovidata" and ignore the other folder as that is the cobra version of the mod. There's readme's included so if you read those you'll understand what I mean.
First thanks for this mod it sounds super interesting and I think will make the game better to play. In the 1.7 version without using Cobra tools does that have all the mods you've made so far or is it only for the medium carnivores? Does this have the herbivore behavior as well? I did get Cobra tools I just didn't know where to place the files in there. I get a bit confused with that part. Thanks for the mod and any help.
Yup the latest version will have all the latest updates in it. Unfortunately I made a typo it should be sauropods instead of hadros because I thought Allos should be able to hunt diplodocus. But thank you and I hope you enjoy the mod!
Thank you KingOKings. I tried that but I forgot I have to inject the files because I have both the mixed eras mod and the terrain tools, as well as new dinos, and scenery mods. I am trying to figure out how to inject the files. Cobra Tools isn't recognizing the FDB files in the injectable folder. I'm fairly new to this and even using a couple of Youtube tutorials they didn't help me (probably due to my own stupidity, lol).
Sorry for multiple posts but I figured it out. I got Cobra tools figured out (somewhat), but I'm getting this error in the Content 4 main folder. It will not allow me to overwrite it. I have full permissions on my PC.
I'm not sure what that error could be. I would make sure you are putting the correct content 4 folder in the right OVL. Maybe you accidently put the content 4 into the PDLC 4 folder that's all I can think of.
Thanks for your advice/help. I got it to work. I just had to restart a new Sandbox. It wouldn't load my old one, plus this mod. This mod is absolutely going in a cool direction. If the ability was there one day I would love to see only 2 dinos of near equal ability would fight each other over territory. As in if another dino is 50+ points lower in rating it would attempt to run away and find it's own territory. My no hope Styracosaurus with vanilla stats will go at my modded up 245 rated Triceratops like it can whip it, then dies in 2 horn strikes. Lol. But the mod is ultra cool regardless.
EvilDaVe81, is there anyway we could get a one-time guide on injecting this mod? I would rather do the injectable as my Jurassic World game is modded. The first problem I'm having is when I open the files in your folder that are labeled as ".fdb" files, Cobra tools won't open them as it says they are not .OVL files, or it will not find them. This is beyond my knowledge of what to do. Thanks for any help with this.
sorry about that but the latest version will have all the other files as well, each version should tell you what was recently added just incase you didnt want the newest feature. But the latest version will have everything from the last versions with some tweaks and improvements.
