hola, no mucha gente habla español aquí, pero bueno, ya hay un mod que lo añade como una especie nueva, por lo que el nombre es dimetrodon y puede comer carne, el modelo es distinto a este, pero el animal es básicamente el mismo
maybe make it replace nodosaurs, so the attack makes more sence... but this is the only mod that changes the actual behavour this is a new step in mod making (please can someone make rex a herbi)
Amazing mod! The only suggestion I have for a future update is maybe a different attack animation, like a bite instead of a tail swing, as dimetrodon's main weapon was it's jaws. And maybe you could design a new icon to replace the chungkingosaurus on the map. But other than that, flawless!
The game files say it should be able to if you install everything correctly, sadly it takes a while for them to start hunting, but it should be possible
check integrety of files on steam, it atomaticly deletes mod files and restores vannila content, so you can still get you're hecking chonkosaur back, just be ready to re-install all other mods back
Dude T rex skin fossil remains show that Adult T rex dosen t have FEATHERS The fossils repains are from the neck, the back ,the tail ,and the head . So dosen t need a feathered tT rex anymore unless if you want to replace some dinosaurs with juvenile and subadult T rex.
Men research aprove that beyond 1 ton a aniaml dosent need hair or feathers. Also there is no feathers track on the fossil of skin of t rex close relative like Daspletosaurus ,Gorgosaurus and Albertosaurus .Since T rex lived in warm habitat ,he probably dosent have Feathers when i was ADULT. he surely have feathers when young but i dont think adult have feathers at all. Also the Dry place cant be because of The preservation of skin can only happen in Mud so its a humid place and i say tath because : 1 t rex lived on coastal tropical forest with a lot of rivers 2 The fossilisation dosent happen on dry place (exept if the body is burried into sand ) 3 if a fossil off a t rex is found in what was riverbed and have skin impression,I dont know how feathers cant be preserved as well 4 whe have found feathers track of dinosaur who lived in a really dry place so you argument is wrong
Please no more arguments over feathers on a T.rex, these always end up getting overly heated and toxic for no reason, so please refrain from any more discussion on this topic or I will report you. Please leave discussion to this specific mod.
Dude seriously check your grammar. It's so bad that your argument would not convince anybody. Also, fossilization does happen in dry environments, so your 2nd "point" is not credible. On top of this, you saying that it wouldn't need feathers due it a warm environment is false. Don't tropical birds live in warm and humid environments with feathers too? They do. In addition, Yutyrannus weighed over a ton, and it was covered in protofeathers, so your very first statement is even wrong. Finally, that study of the T-Rex skin is from 2017, and that same year after the discovery, Scientific American had an article detailing how just because of this find, it doesn't mean that T-Rex had no feathers (Link: https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/laelaps/long-live-the-fuzzy-t-rex/) I genuinely hope you will work on your grammar, and be respectful and not jump on a question that wasn't intended for you (however, you probably aren't reading this as last time you ignored what I said about this).
