To install you need to extract the files of the file you downloaded which should get you a folder. Then open the folder and drop the 5 Year Anv JW file into your saves folder which can be found here
C:\Users\Username\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Jurassic World Evolution\76561198135373050\Saves
Once you have done that you are free to to play on the map.
