My new Godzilla mod pack has also now been released! That pack contains this Zilladominus, but only the green spines version, as the Godzilla has a purple spines variant on it. I hope you all enjoy the new mod, and if you want the other spine variants for Zilla you know where they are? Have a great modded experience!
Unfortunately we can't mod sounds at the moment. Whether we will be able to I do not know. And I'd need to probably make 100 sound files, or something like that since each creature has tons of them
Fair enough, thanks for the reply man! It's an awesome mod and I can't wait to see it improve more. The only criticism that I have and it's a weird one other than the spines is his tongue. Like if that can be modded like Zilla Jr.'s from the cartoon, it'd be pretty dope.
I had to make a compromise for the spines. It was either stretch the model, which was V1 that you see in Bis and Beavers videos, or, for V2 and in my opinion better was use a unique not color shared tooth and turn that one tooth into all the spines via copy and paste. Only problem with that was I found out the teeth won't change color, which is why I provide spine color options.
Happy you like it. Keep in mind my mod, or any mod doesn't have edited sounds, so it still roars like Indom. I am also hoping to make my mod better by starting from scratch and taking my time with the model than trying to rush out a model because I feel people want it
I asked another modder, and unfortunately unless I make the model from and replace spinosaurus, I won't be able to make it eat fish, I chose Indom because it uses its hands to pick up goats and has thumbs, so until we can change that we have to compromise. Sorry about this
I am currently working on a completely new model for this mod, so keep that in mind when installing. Not sure about an eta as I have said I'm still newer at this and would like to take my time adding as much detail into the sculpt of the model itself, and trying to up the quality of my skins. Enjoy the current version to its fullest while I work on this and I thank you for your patience for better quality
The head sculpting is not bad but can be improved. The back plates are very poorly sculpted and the paint finish is very seedy at the base. It would have been better not to have uploaded the mod so soon and to have worked on those aspects more. A missed opportunity.
Sorry it isn't as high quality as some other mods. I know that it definitely could be improved, and I hope to improve it. I am however, extremely new to modeling and texturing. I have had both programs for it for less than a week and this is my 3rd mod. This one was my challenge to myself to see if I could even do something to this extent. I myself am proud of what I accomplished and am glad to receive criticism. The back plates were very difficult. If you have a suggestion to improve them, may I hear it? Also, I know my texture work leaves a lot to be desired, and if you have any tips to improve the quality/realism, I'd love to hear it too
