You'll need the Deluxe Pack DLC!
You'll need ACSE 1.1 which requires Secrets of Dr. Wu and Claire's Sanctuary to Research this dinosaur in Campaign and Challenge!
You don't need ACSE and Claire's Sanctuary to use the dinosaur in Sandbox!
