Planet Zoo Scenery Tree Pack V 1.0


Greetings to all my fellow park managers,
 
I'm delighted to release my 4th mod for Jurassic World Evolution 1 and this is my third standalone scenery mod pack. 
 
 
Functionality
===============================
-This mod will add standalone 90 new scenery trees to Jurassic World Evolution Game and they will appear just after the standard scenery trees, rocks, Park entrances.
-All trees are separated to different folders and you can select any of trees you want and remove trees that you don’t need in the game. I have listed the trees and their respective folder, so you can decide which trees to use.

DLC Requirements
===============================
-You do not need any other DLCs to use this mod, only base game is required.
 

MOD Requirements
===============================
-No other mods required.
-But you can get better results if you have installed Ultimate Mixed Eras Mod 1.7 (or latest) by Kaiodenic. (Removes scenery and terrain constrains which is very useful). Otherwise, you cannot place scenery items on the paths or too close to buildings or too close to each other.
 

Installation Steps
===============================
-Download the Mod zip file (Size 268 MB)
-extract the downloaded .zip file
-Find the ovldata folder in your Game installation folder(For Example C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Jurassic World Evolution\Win64\ovldata\)
-Copy extracted folders into ovldata folder, like other scenery mods. Make sure to verify the path to init.ovl file and it should be something similar to this.
 C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Jurassic World Evolution\Win64\ovldata\PZTreePackXX\Init.ovl
-Open the game and check the scenery items...
 
 
Known issues and Limitations
===============================
Game launch time will be increased at the “Frontier Copyrights screen” (The black screen before the Universal Logo Video) and when exiting the game by 30 Seconds – 5 minutes, depending on your computer’s spec and the number of other mods that you have already installed. If there are too many other mods
installed, the game may take more time to load and exit. Even it can crash the game when exiting game, which is something that I cannot fix due to game engine and mod tool limitations.
In this case you have to select less number of trees(refer to above list) from my mod pack or remove existing mods in your ovldata folder to increase loading times.

These trees are from Planet Zoo game which has a better game engine than the JWE. Therefore the quality of the trees in Planet Zoo will not be the same in JWE.
 
I have used Redwood Tree as the base for all these trees (except Cactus). Therefore Large trees like Brazil Nut Tree, slightly moves with the Wind, but other smaller trees don't show any movements due to the hit box limitations.

My Effort
===============================
I have spent my free time during last 3 weeks to complete this and this is more than 60 hours of work. Even though the both JWE and PZ games are developed by frontier, the game uses their textures differently. Therefore I have to done a lot of manual texture adjustments than I expected.
 
 
My Expectation from Community
===============================
- Please respect the effort that all the modders put on this game or any other game, not only me, all the modders out there.
- We are not getting any benefit from doing these.
- Only thing we need is your love, respect and appreciation of these works. The best way to show this is add some good thoughts in the comments, endorse the Mod after downloading it.

Future plans
===============================
Depending on your endorsement, feedback and the free time I have, I may work on more mods in future, specially on missing buildings from Jurassic
World Movie.
