Do you think it might be possible to do one with a grey pebble/gravel texture for the dirt/path texture, but some nice, white, beach sand. All the terrain mods I see have really yellow Sahara-style beach sand, nothing like Costa Rica. I've been dying for a good texture mod with decent beach sand. Loving your themes though, your efforts are more than appreciated.
