   Do i need to have premium to download this or something because it just won't allow me to open the file.

      That's weird, you don't need premium. You do though... need Winrar, 7zip, or file extractors to open them?? That's my only word of advice. Idk how it won't allow you to open the file.

   how do i use it to replace the return to jurassic p[ark model?

      It doesn't replace the Return to Jurassic Park variant. Otherwise, it'd be the 93Triceratops folder. I wouldn't go about doing it. I MIGHT release a 93 variant of my edits but I've yet to figure out to put a different model over a different rig.
      
      For now, it's for Jurassic World Era Triceratops only.
