ok im having crashes and i havent figured out the problem im trying to put in a mod at a time to see if its just a bad mod or what but any help is appreciated
I'd make the neck and body a bit thicker and make the tail a bit longer and of course add feathers. I do think the choice of using the velociraptor rig does work. It has the right size, posture, ect. just make those changes and it'll be all set
i think feather wise, its only the wing feathers (and probable tail feathers) that are super important, because one of the notable features of Dakotaraptor were its surprisingly large quills knobs, which would be attachments points for surprisingly large wing feathers for a flightless raptor
I think you're confusing Dakotaraptor with Utahraptor. Utahraptor was approximately Spinoraptor sized while, as AcidicAcidism said, Dakotaraptor was roughly the same size as the JP Velociraptor, which are (inaccurately) really big. I agree with the feathering though, it would help distinguish it from Velociraptor while being more scientifically accurate, similar to how they look in Jurassic World Alive.
