Out of curiosity, why do you manually download mods? Does it work more often that way or is it because Vortex doesn't work at all when you download it through there? I apologize if these are simple questions, I'm very new to using mods and vortex so I'm trying to figure out how to get everything set up properly.
1) if you mean the complete game NO 2) why would you need that? It's already 4 stars so all the stuff is unlocked for Sandbox. The only thing is for campaign but this is meant to be used in sandbox, and I'm not planning on doing it for campaign
