As a foreword - most of the answers to these can be simplified to "Read the download link text or ReadMe you got with the mod."


How do I install the mod?
Copy everything from "jpeo_lite\ovldata" into your game directory at "(...)\Jurassic World Evolution\Win64\ovldata\"

The steps are almost identical for Epic, but the way you find your game directory is a little different. Google how to do this if you Jurassic World Evolution on Epic.

These instructions are covered in the ReadMe file you get with the mod.

What do I do with the "JPEOCore" folder?
The same you do with everything else. The instructions are above and in the ReadMe file you get with the mod.

How do I uninstall the mod?

• Use a backup or use your game platform (Steam/Epic) to redownload modified files.
• Go into your game directory at "(...)\Jurassic World Evolution\Win64\ovldata\"
• Delete the "JPEOCore" folder you find there.
  

I don't have <X> building or feature. What happened?
You installed the mod manually and skipped over JPEOCore.
The install instructions are in the ReadMe file you get with the mod - follow those to install the mod.

Which DLC do I need to run this mod?
You only need Return to Jurassic Park.

I placed a gate down and the game crashed - how do I stop this happening?
You ignored the warning text on gates. Anything that can cause problems in the mod comes with a huge in-game warning that explains how to avoid any problems. Follow what it says.

Do Monorail Arrival Points work?
Yes, they will act as an entrance building properly.
However, guests may not spawn out of Monorail Arrival Points in JP Era.
BUT Jurassic World Evolution spawns guests out of most guest/operations buildings, not just the entrance. Once you place down a few guest-spawning buildings, guests will spawn anyway.

Can you put JP buildings in JW era?
No. JP paths crash immediately when placed in JW era, and almost all buildings come with paths attached.

Do guests gates work?
Yes and no.
Guests won't walk through them physically yet because they only walk on guest path textures.
BUT as mentioned above, most buildings in JWE spawn guests. So buildings on the other side of a gate will spawn guests just the same, and you will end up with guests on both sides of a gate.
