its been a while, so bare with me here, but shouldn't you just (after backing up the original files) just copy/paste the contents of the mod into you jpog folded and alow it to override the files it needs to replace..? I recall some mods having their own installers, though from you comment, im assuming this one doesnt. If I still had an install of this game on my laptop, I would look give installing this a shot, but alas, this laptop has no JPOG. As ive said its been a while so don't blame me if im wrong
