It's just a The North face Fur hood Coat. They're kinda hard find online. You're best bet is to find a store in-person that has one. (which is also hard to find)

Great mod hope you still active or at least aware, all the versions of the same are great, just as the rest say will be great if you can port it for Lost Judgement and even for Like a Dragon - Gaiden the new one, also the north face logo to be a bit (clear) HD. And a version to add some earrings =)
I really love this mod it has to be my favourite mod on this awesome site just wish it was ported over to Lost Judgement I know you probably quit modding and won’t port the mod over anymore but I I’m glad I got to experience this mod.
I didn't quit, I took a long Break. I might port it but I actually think I forgot how make mods for RGG games. Give me sometime, I might do it in the future
It would be great if you could upscale the textures and fix the north face logo on the right side before porting it and I’m sorry for not getting my message across properly about you probably quitting my bad but I’m really glad you will be coming back it will be so awesome!
