General changes:

- Improved Hard and Legend difficulties.
- Bosses have more health and damage.
- Street encounters damage, health and exp values scale with each chapter.
- Readjusted medicine cost and recovery values to be more appealing (more expensive, but restore more health and/or heat)
- Reduced cost of Med Kits to be more in line with the medicine costs and recovery values.
- Readjusted extracts duration and cost.
- Limited the number of medicine and extracts that can be carried.
- Readjusted skills cost and values.
- Decreased health and damage upgrade values.
- Extreme heat mode consumes more heat per second.
- Smoking and drinking have better heat generation (I do not endorse smoking or drinking in real life).
- Lower bullet damage to counter-balance the increased overall damage, so you are not one shot.
- Drone racing cash rewards increased.
- Increased plates buy/sell value to help the early game economy since you will be probably eating a lot.
