Alright here's some answers for possible questions:
"Why did you need a mod for Pucci?"
Well, it's quite complicated. Basically: EoH Pucci is split into 2 characters, White Snake Pucci with his files being named bod21, and C-Moon Pucci being bod01. in ASBR, the bod01 is for White Snake Pucci, so i couldn't apply the correct texture to Pucci even after renaming it. Thankfully, Alexior's mod was made for White Snake Pucci, so he allowed me to use his mod to put over C-Moon Pucci.

"Why there's no Diavolo?"
Both Diavolo's Model and Textures were confirmed by me and other users on the Modding Community that they simply do not work in battle. You can actually view him on Gallery Mode, but specifically in battle he simply makes the game go black screen.

"Why are these images so low quality? lmao"
These were screenshots taken directly from my PS3, so they naturally look terrible, sorry about that.

"Why some characters look different from others?"
That's because some of them have their All Star Battle R models imported, which means their shaders look different to the ones that use the Eyes of Heaven models, the reason i decided to import some models are either:
*Model looks vastly different (Part 4 Jotaro and Fugo for example)
*Eyes color looks way different (for those who don't know, the eyes for some reason are attached to the model instead of the texture, so i had to import all the model together), some characters have way different eye colors compared to each game (EoH Bruno's being Pink and ASBR being blue for example)

"Are there more changes besides the ones in the images?"
Yes, i just didn't take a screenshot of everything, just the main differences, also, Johnny and Gyro are with their ASBR colors as default ;)

"Can i still play with the original colors?"
Most of them, unfortunately Jolyne will be missing her black pallete since All Star Battle R decided not to include it, but i think the rest is saved.
