If you have to start a new game depends on your progress of the game. - The timelimits you have already started, the mod will don't stop them. + The time limits that you have not yet started, will never start. To check if you have activated one timelimit: Start the gamespeed and check 39 days later if some laptop notes for the 3 quests has changed.
Because I don't have the game on Steam, I'm not allowed to upload mods. It is welcome to be uploaded by someone else on Steam (or elsewhere). I have named my Steam account as the author in the mod. So that Steam users can easier try contact me there.
