Great mod, but not exactly cut characters. I know, it's a lot of work, but relying on software clipping gives poor results and you have to save yourself by blurring the edges. However, it can be done better - an example in the pictures section.
I delivered! It's in the user images section. I plan to release all my characters (and there are over 30 of them - mostly attractive ladies) in the form of a pack for those who want to change the graphics.
