    Hi, and thanks for the mod.

    I was wondering if it was an easy ask to separate the hide passive perks into a stand alone option.
    If possible and not too much effort, it would be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers.

      I tried it on steam and it stell seems to work. Did you encounter any issues?

    FYI:
    On my end the following passives are still showing on the abilities bar during exploration and combat:

    Danger Close
    Nature's Bounty
    Ubberaschung

    Is this a possible mod conflict, or am I doing something wrong on my end?

      Neither, I just missed those perks when overwriting the shown-in values. Thanks for pointing them out.

    If you override a personal perk (those blue ones) and place them in personality category it will be hidden in tactical view but will display in map view with all the yellow perks. Tested with You See Igor, it seems to work just fine in personality category
    Edit: Nevermind, seems like it only work with You See Igor for some reason.
    Edit 2: Ok, it sometime works. I have no idea what trigger the skill to be hidden, will experiment more.
    Edit 3: Well that's stupid. It works alright. But only when all of those skills are passive. As soon as an active skill is mixed in all the icons are displayed. Will investigate further.
    Edit 4: I did it.
    Step 1: duplicate all passive perks.
    Step 2: Assign them as Personality instead of Personal
    Step 3: Change their ID slightly (eg. JackOfAllTrade becomes Modname_JackOfAllTrade)
    Step 4: Change the ID accordingly in the mod's IMP perk list
    Step 5: Profits.

    Edit 5: I've successfully hide all passives with an edit to the CombatAction.lua scripts. With permissions from Damokles66, it has been included as a standalone mod and can be found in the file section. Further details are in the updated description. If anyone bother to upload this small mod to Steam Workshop you can do so, I'm just too lazy to set it up, just link this mod or put my name there or something.

      Было бы здорово, если бы Damokles66  сделал обновление мода с вашими изменениями.

      Очень хочется иметь возможность взять все возможные навыки без отображения пассивных а только активных на панели.

      Или же будьте так добры - выложите измененный файл мода с этими изменениями для всех пассивных перков

    Great job hiding the passives! They are just clutter

    Livewire's perk (InnerInfo) was missing from the Passive Hidden mod

    I added this and it somehow worked but I'm not sure if I broke something else (IDK if 321475789120 has any significance)

    PlaceObj('CombatAction', {
        ActionType = "Passive",
        ActivePauseBehavior = "instant",
        Comment = "passive",
        ConfigurableKeybind = false,
        DisplayName = T(321475789120, --[[CombatAction InnerInfo DisplayName]] "<placeholder>"),
        GetActionDescription = function (self, units)
            return GetSignatureActionDescription(self)
        end,
        GetActionDisplayName = function (self, units)
            return GetSignatureActionDisplayName(self)
        end,
        GetUIState = function (self, units, args)
            local unit = units[1]
            local cost = self:GetAPCost(unit, args)
            if cost < 0 then return "hidden" end
            if not unit:UIHasAP(cost) then return "disabled" end
            return "hidden"
        end,
        Icon = "UI/Icons/Hud/perk_inner_info",
        KeybindingFromAction = "actionRedirectSignatureAbility",
        RequireState = "any",
        Run = function (self, unit, ap, ...)
            return false
        end,
        -- ShowIn = "SignatureAbilities",
        SortKey = 100,
        group = "SignatureAbilities",
        id = "InnerInfo",
    })

      Thank you. I think the devs did planned to have those hidden, as GetUIState was suppose to hide perks/skill with no AP cost. But I think they just leave it in at the end as units were only supposed to get one personal skill.

      I have not included it on purpose, as I've said in the description. This skill is hardcoded to be linked with Livewire and I don't want to mess with it too much. But, if you or anyone reading this do want to include it, simply open up my mod, find the CombatAction.lua file and add this in. Or make a separate mod with this, it shouldn't be too hard.

      No, the 321475789120 isn't important, I think it's just the localisation string ID for the skill name, just don't mess with it and it should works just fine.

    Hi there,
    nice and helpful mod, thank you for sharing.

    Would it be possible to also remove the limit on personal perks, too?

      I had looked into it, but the personal perks are only treated as a single entitiy and not a list like the tactical ones. Changing them to a list broke the ui pretty much. Also it is not a safe change from a games perspective, as it could cause issues down the line making them hard to test and would break the save games:
      E.g. a developer could well have written a quest descision that depends on selected perks (e.g. available responses) and adding several perks instead of the expected 1 could lead to unexpected results. This would also only become apparent once this hypothetical quest was done with that hypothetical perk combination. As I said, I had tried getting it to work for a couple of days, but didn't manage it.

    Can you make it compatible with the additional perk mods included with multi-imp?

      Can you elaborate which mods you mean? It should already be compatible with whatever multi-imp introduces as new perks.

      Sorry Nvm it was because I had the mod that lets you change your nationality after creating active which was messing a bunch of stuff up for me. I just disabled it and everything works fine now. Thank you.

      same here but I also get that issue only with multi-imp mod. I think it's because of incorrect game update version.

      Yes that sounds like missing the multi-imp dependencies (e.g. All Nationalities lib and show nationality). They populate the nation dialog/page and allow their selection. Remember you not only have to download them but also activate them in the ingame mod manager(you can check the linked video).
