    Hey Dunde, how can I install just the part that lets you re-read previously read books and scrolls? I cant seem to find any mod or anything mentioning what to edit/tweak to allow this feature, I dont want to use all that other stuff just want to re read books and stuff.

    Hey just out of curiosity. How does the level up work in this mod. I am a big fan of gaining skill points the better you fight, a la Jade Empire in Style. I was wondering how it works here, as I can't figure it out exactly.

    Or do you happen to know how we can do that for the skill points. I'd try it myself with some guidance. Cause I like your mod, I just prefer the JEIS skill level up. I mean the higher change of getting skill power up or learning that style the less damaged you are.

      Skill points in this mods, works like native game does. I don't modify the way the game gives us stylepoints, I only give some additional stylepoints by quests, like if you get monkey paw style in this game, you will get some for reward, the quantity is depend on how good and with whom you trained the style. I don't want to give too much skill points, as in my view the new styles are as complement to the native styles the game provide, so we should choose which styles we want to level up. JEIS used another approach as the mods want us to experience  as much as styles we can.

      Adopting JEIS mechanism is possible, but I have different dreams about how JE should level up the stats and the style level. I did want to get rid the way of the game level up the skill by 'purchase' the upgrade by skillpoints and style level by stylepoints and make them autoleveling the styles form accumulation of the damage we cause, the blocks we do using the styles and autoleveling stats by what damage type we do most), but then I abandoned the idea because of lack of access to alter the GUI of style levels (the 5 dots for each of 3 categories we can purchase with stylepoints, and the GUI for stats (body, spirit and mind).

      In my opinion, I think that might have been the idea behind JEIS, but adapted to the limitations provided by the game engine, as I understand that it's still the same one that was used for KOTOR to a degree.

      Thinking about it, you earn skillpoints in JEIS the better you fight, and that can be invested in your skills, to showcase your growth, the way you imagine. It is the best possible way of doing it. And I am torn, as I've liked everything you've done with the game, but I really want that level up system, as it makes sense narratively, at least for me.

      That's why I was curious if you could guide me as to how to possible achieve that?

    Good afternoon, I have to inform you of some errors in your modThe description of the initial styles added as black mantis, seven thunder and sauce is damaged, badly programmed or it may be my computer configuration but anyway

    The description goes like this:
    **TEMP** Style description black mantis

    Also, every time from the second time I do a practice fight with Lin (the female student who fights in the circle and knows about ghost) my style automatically changes to monkey paw and I can't even attack

      Thank you for the report. 
      About the sparring, it looks like you activated monkey paw quest. You should checl the journal. The sparring with lin become proccess to prsctice monkey paw style. It consists of 3 marches, each match will unlock a move of the style, starting with area attack, heavy attack and last light attack. Winning the 3 matches will grant you monkey paw style.

    I'm trying to get Monkey Paw style but the first sparring session lasts indefinitely. Is there a trick to it?

      The 1st sparring is about surviving. Just perform some areal attack until the bar for temporary monkey paw style 's emptied and it will be considered as successful. If you experience bug like the fight' s just canceled,pleaae dont click any key before the sparring begin, as sometime it will interrupt the script for activating the temporary style. The 2nd sparring is about heavy attack, beat the opponent, only with heavy attack before the temporary style bar emptied. The 3rd, you can use any kinds of attack, but use wisely because if the bar's emptied before the opponent's down, it will. Be considered as fail.

      I found a bug when I reach Kia Min the Mercs don't die Chapter 1 Burning Town.

      Which merchs? The ones that fought Kia Min?  And if they were, did you give her the right medicine before, bad med, or not at all? May be I missed one or more twist lines continuation there. Thanks for letting me know. I will check it. 

      Ok, I did reproduce the bug in my gameplay, and then I posted the v1.11 to deal with this bug.

      Ive tried multiple times and the 1st sparring match just lasts forever. I do exactly what you say and dont move or hit any buttons but it doesnt seem to do anything. I dont use any other mods so I dont think it is a conflict issue.

      Having similar issue. I can start the spar no issue, will be in the monkey paw stance, but I just cannot attack. Can't light or heavy attack, and while the quest stage calls for evasion, no progress on the temporary stance's bar. It's always full red, I'm assuming it's supposed to drain when you perform actions, but the only actions I can perform are: Healing, Activated Chi Mode (still can't do either attacks), Block, Focus Mode. Kept circling and dodging for like ten minutes, nothing changed. Let myself take the hits, no change in quest status. Talked to both Lin and Wen for the sparring, same thing happens for both.

    By any chance is there a way to figure out which new tga file has to do with making enemies suddenly just come back to life in the middle of the fight? I LOVE this mod but that one little bit is just annoying because it makes no sense imo. if only ghosts did it, yea cool that would make sense but its just kinda ruining the game for me when regular thieves just come back to life in a fight after i beat them down and get their health to zero, again and again. i know its not in every fight and just in the big ones but still. just wondering if there is a tga file that governs that and if i can just pull it from the override file. thanks

      This fix is desperately needed. It's singlehandedly ruining the mod.

      For example, facing Gao the Greater in his boss fight (no Lim). Each of his three pirate bodyguards refused to stay down, and I would have to kill each of them 3-5 times each before they finally stay down for good. On the higher difficulties, this was an exercise in frustration and made the fight significantly more difficult in an extremely unfair manner.

    I'd like to point out an important bug i've encountered after the MC gets revived by the Water Dragon. Every follower is permanently KOed, even while playing as Silk Fox, Dawn Star and Black Whirlwind, and this applies even out of combat after the battle of Dirge, they stay on the ground unless a cutscene bring them up to speak, but then they cannot be interacted with. I also noticed that subtitles and texts in general reverted to my original language (italian) despite having replaced the dialog.tlk with your own from the battle of the bridge untill prince Kin vs Death's Hand. Before the reviving point everythig worked fine and in english and i really enjoyed it. I don't know if you still work on this mod, but i thought to give it a shot

    I found a bug when using monkey paw's area attack without lock-on enabled you crash to desktop

    Good mod but I think there is a bug in the fight with the guardian I get him down to no health, but he will not initiate the dialog with the main character he just keeps fighting so it ends up being an infinite fight   anyone having this problem as well?
