      You can place the .ini file in C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\inZOI\BlueClient\Binaries\Win64 though I prefer to put it in C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\inZOI\ since it's a little easier to find. You can watch my YouTube video on how to install it here:
