Kimber Desert Warrior V.1.1.1 for Into The Radius - Manual Install


Hotfix V.1.1.1: Removed DA_Infosconfig from the mod. This is the file that changes the "Ammo Type" in the Description of the gun.
However it wasn't compatible with Chuck's Custom Items, so I opted to remove it, until I can make a version that "merges" these two mods.
Until then; enjoy the KDW working with Chuck's amazing mods, and just ignore the minor error in the description. ;D

Update V.1.1:
Made a remodel of the silencer adapter for the TT-33 (which the Kimber uses) so it looks more sleak, and it has a thread protector mounted!
(as is only proper, if a suppressor isn't mounted).
Updated the ORM map for the pistol; now it doesn't turn all black at the slightest hint of darkness or shadows...
Updated the ORM map for the .45 ACP ammunition. So instead of being a very dull yellow, now they are shiny and metallic! Like they should be.
Be warned though, the other ammo type pale in comparison... ;D
Added a lot of details to the pistol and the magazine, to make them more user friendly and also more realistic at the same time.

- Scavenger
- Scavenger No Shop
- Stalker Overhaul


Install:
00 - Extract the .pak file from the folder 00-KDW_Base
01 - Extract one (1!) from either of the folders starting with 01-(...)
02 - Then choose whether you want to use the custom SFX for the Kimber
03 - and/or the Osprey suppressor (Select either folder: depending on you use Chuck's Custom Items or not)

Put the files into your Mods folder: (...)Steam\steamapps\common\IntoTheRadius\IntoTheRadius\Content\Paks\Mods\

Retextured the magazine to look more tactical, and also tweaked the magazine model so there's holes in the sides (to check ammo status)
Retextured the barrel and guide rod to look more realistic.
Nerfed the durability of both the KDW and the mags to reflect working cleaning. (They're still more durable than the TT-33 + mag by about 25%)
